All the trades are subject to clear by clearing entity. Clearing is a process of allocation of liability to the respected buyer/seller whose orders are matched on market to each other. Clearing members are eligible to clear the deals occurs under it within defined parameter of exchange and exchange shall clear the deal of clearing entities only. This process only market maker doesn’t carry any significant role as it is designated to enable trading chances in market so that market should not be illiquid.
